The DNA of SMEs is very strong at Bluester Capital : a majority of our LPs are entrepreneurs, we only invest in small to medium size companies and we are a lean structure too. We aim at being transparent and efficient.

Lise Nobre has 33 years of investment experience acquired mainly at PAI Partners where she was a Partner, Head of the Industrial Goods division and member of the Investment Committee until her departure in 2008. From 1996 to 2000, she worked in PAI’s finance department after having, from 1986 to 1996, led numerous minority and majority acquisitions. From 2009 to 2012 she was a Partner at Butler Capital Partners (turnarounds and complex transactions in Europe).
Lise sits on the Board of 3 French ETIs with a global positioning, which contributes to her knowledge of certain industrial/service sectors.
Lise graduated from HEC Paris.


Managing Director

In a rather sanitized Private Equity world, we are keen to seek for diversity in origins, gender, backgrounds… and we implement it.

Sophie Lombard has a long experience in Private Equity, including 4 years in leverage finance at Deutsche Bank in London and 12 years at PAI Partners (until 2012), where she was a Partner in the Consumer Goods and Food division. From 1992 to 1995, she worked in the Capital Markets Department – Options Division at Société Générale. She joined the Bluester Capital team in 2016.
Sophie sits on the Board of Kaufman & Broad and La Banque Postale Asset Management.
Sophie graduated from EDHEC and Columbia Business School (MBA 97).

Guy Stéphane SEOUE

Financial manager, Associate

We are a company on a human scale, agile, with demanding quality requirements in the analysis of investment opportunities as well as in the day to day management or in the information provided to our investors.

Guy Stéphane Seoue has 5 years of experience in auditing funds and management companies at PWC, after starting his career in credit analysis (Société Générale). He joined Bluester Capital in 2016. He is responsible for the administrative and financial management as well as the controling of the management company and the funds. He also participates in the analysis and execution of investment deals.
Guy Stéphane graduated from the Institut National Polytechnique de Côte d’Ivoire and from ESCP.



Working at Bluester Capital means having the opportunity of accompanying a Mittelstand company in Germany, as well as analysing a consulting firm in Spain or backing a promising GP in Denmark.

Mathieu joined Bluester Capital in July 2017. He participates in the analysis and execution of investment deals, as well as in the administrative and financial management of the funds.
Mathieu graduated from Skema Business School.
